The tables had already been set with the children and father sitting together around the table.

"We guessed that you would be back by now" he stated with a twinge of disappointment appearing in his eyes briefly before it disappeared.

Zephyra also received the notification of a loyalty drop.

Zephyra sat down while sneering inwardly.

Zane sat down as well while unfolding the map she had drawn.

"Don't, let's eat first." Zephyra stops her before she completely unfolds the map.

"Good job Thyma. The food was good." Zephyra said while trying to do the sign language of that.

She was not sure if it was correct, but well at least she said what she wanted to say.

Zephyra turned to Zane and was about to ask her to unfold the map when she heard a croaked voice.

"You don't have to do sign language, I can read lips though I can't hear."

Zephyra looked at her and frowned. Her frown caused Gerald and Zion to become fearful as they clenched their fist.

"Come here"

Zephyra frowned because she felt she was really stupid.

How could she not think of checking her inventory, she had amassed a lot of storage artifacts which were either in the form of rings, necklace, pouch etc.

She quickly scanned them for a green pill with blue stripes on them and found them present in many storage artifacts.

Zion and Thyma could only step forward.

Zephyra noticed that even without Thyma helping Zion, he had a clear sense of direction.

They watched as Zephyra frown disappeared followed by a bottle containing a green pill with blue strips.

Gasp!!!

"You! You…. How did you get it?... Where did you get the pill?" Gerald could not help but ask in shock.

If not for Gerald's broken leg, she was sure he would rush at her to grab the pill.

Zephyra frowned before opening her mouth.

"I don't know if that is how the Eldoria natives do it but I have never seen a subordinate ask about his/her master's business"

Zephyra words were like cold water dousing Gerald awake.

He looked at his children who looked at him in confusion and his master who stared at him with a frown on her face.

It finally dawned on him that he was now a subordinating, no longer the high and mighty count.

He looked at the other lady who had been summoned here with him and how she had quickly adapted and he looked at himself who thought he was still a person in power, he could not help but smile wryly and quickly made up his mind.

"Am sorry my lord for acting that way" he followed up with a low bow to which his body could allow.

"Never mind" , waved her hand nonchalantly.

"It's best if you can quickly adapt to your situation. Am not just referring to Gerald but all of you.

You people are the first people I summoned, so in my territory, you may end up having a higher position if and only if you are useful.

I don't need useless people." Zephyr's cold eyes stared at them, causing them to lower their heads.

"I don't know what kind of position you held before but just know that the moment you were summoned by me, you lost that position and every other thing."

Zephyra no longer looked at them and raised the pill bottle in her hand.

"This pill is called a rejuvenation pill. All kinds of diseases plaguing a person would be removed with this pill.

Am sure you are aware of the level of the pill and can tell that this is a perfect pill. "

They all shook their heads when she mentioned if they knew the levels of pills except Gerald.

"Fine. Each pill has different levels which are;

• Black

• Iron

• Normal

• Ordinary

• Intermediate

• Advanced

• Supreme and

• Perfect.

Now do you understand how precious this pill is?

Each of you would take one each and recover to your peak. Once you're at your peak, then you can be useful to me."

They all nodded their heads and received one pill each before swallowing it. They did not even hesitate to wonder if she gave them poison.

Zephyra nodded her head at their attitudes.

After taking the pill, what followed next was a bout of pain.

Zane also took the pill due to an old injury on her hand.

Zephyra sat on her seat as she watched them roll around in pain as they recovered.

She decided to see how the other world was.

A black light flashed and she disappeared.

The others did not notice it as they were dealing with the pain.

Zephyra opened her eyes and found herself in her office.

She sat down on the chair and allowed the breeze from the AC to cool her.

Opening her drawer to search for her phone while also frowning at how scattered her office is.

She found her phone and unlocked it.

Opening the news channel, she quickly found various headlines mentioning the disappearance of 1 billion people worldwide.

Zephyra frowned as she had some thoughts but that did not stop her from glancing at each article until she encountered an article from the government.

"Take a deep breath" quickly calmed down after taking a deep breath as she was close to blowing up.

First, her office had been ransacked, second, she just encountered a video of her assistant with her so-called parents whom she hadn't met in years.

"What the fuck is going on? And it's a live stream at that"

Zephyra quickly checked the address and left her office.

The people at the office were surprised.

They thought she had been whisked away by the white light with the other 1 billion people.

Whispers followed immediately as she left.

Going to the underground park, she quickly got into her car and went to the venue.

The sound was so ear piercing that many people winced.

Few bodyguards arrived to question her but the moment they laid their eyes on her cold and piercing eyes, they shivered unconsciously and made way for her.

"How dare you? Who are you? Guards arrest her"
