The sound was so ear piercing that many people winced.

Few bodyguards arrived to question her but the moment they laid their eyes on her cold and piercing eyes, they shivered unconsciously and made way for her.

"How dare you? Who are you? Guards arrest her" a young handsome man stood up while pointing at her.

The guards did not dare step forward, after all she was their Boss.

The old woman behind the boy shivered the moment she met those eyes.

She finally came to realize. She wanted to stop her grandson but her grandson had been pampered by her and his mother that she herself couldn't control him .

"Son, She is your sister" What followed next was Zephyra's cold words.

"I have no family. Am sure it was made clear when I was sent out of the family. I don't know why you are here or why you are lusting after my company but right now I need you outta my sight."

"You!.. how dare you talk to your grandmother like that" the young man spoke without reservation from the media.

"Coming from an uncouth mouth. I don't have to say it twice and don't make me do it."

The woman who had been silent since quietly stared at her daughter. To be correct, the daughter she had abandoned.

"Let's go" the woman left first followed by the grandmother and the uncouth young man.

Zephyra did not give them a second glance as she walked towards the microphone.

"I'd like to share a message with the media. Feel free to publish it as you see fit, with the request to maintain the accuracy of the story."

Zephyra turned to her assistant, follow me.

At the venue………

"What just happened?" A news reporter asked.

"I thought they said she was among those taken away by that bright white light?"

"If she was she wouldn't be here. Then the rumor must be a lie."

"How couldn't it be when her assistant was the one who announced it. He must have kidnapped her and the white light stuff happened and he finally found an excuse to kill her."

"But what about her family? She mentioned not being among them again"

"Aiya… You must not have gone to Country A, so you might not be aware.

They disowned their daughter who was just 10 years old. The news made waves when it was published."

"What happened?" The news reporters quickly gathered around the man.

"I was an intern working for Jing'an provincial station and as part of my job, I was sourcing news with my superior when a paparazzi met us to publish the news of the Couple fooling around with their various toys though they had a child together.

My superior and I quickly dug into it and found out that it was just a contract marriage where they both married to have a child who inherited both genes.

The child was abandoned by them and was trained by both grandparents.

They had even announced to the world that she was their heir when suddenly, they said she wasn't anymore.

While we were about to publish the news, they had found out and put pressure on our station though my superior found their behavior disgusting and continued digging.

That's when I found out that they had removed her from the family tree, she wasn't part of them anymore.

Sigh… am thirsty"

"Hehe, brother one moment" a quick witted reporter quickly left to get water.

"Hehe, brother you have done well." Another reported praise followed.

"Well, my superior published the news and you can guess what happened, she was fired. My superior treated me so well and took care of me so I quit along with her.

One day while I and my superior were catching up in Country M, we met her there and she had become a student supporting and taking care of herself. My superior was always news hunting, so she got close to her and found out that the young lady was the one who sent herself to country M and even then she was working to support herself.

You could imagine that. A pity, some families do not treasure what is supposed to be treasured."

"What you said is true brother."

"Boss, I need to pee. Will continue later"

"Brother, I need to go. "

Various excuses came flying . Within a few minutes the venue was empty leaving the venue empty.

"Aish… I haven't even reported this to my superior. I messed up, I should have sent it to my boss first to send out the news." The reporter stomped his feet in anger and regret.

In the car which had the Evercrest family.

The young man who had shouted at Zephyra before looked at the woman beside him and could not help but speak with a grumpy tone.

"Mum, why did we leave? I was so close to getting the company."

"What company?" The mother's eyes were cold as she stared at her son.

She suddenly felt a tap on her arm.

"Don't look at my grandson like that. We are already in this situation and instead of looking for a solution. You're shouting at him."

"You! You keep spoiling him like this that he became so useless. Look at his sister, isn't she the owner of the company he wants to snatch. He couldn't even handle the simple business they gave him and look at where it brought us."

"You talk as if you weren't the one who abandoned her back then while I trained her."

"Grandma, since you trained her, doesn't she have to be filial to you. You can ask her to show filial piety by giving us company."

"Dream on! Would you give your hard work and sweat to someone who didn't even treat you well if it were you?

Mum, if you hadn't forced me into that marriage then, wouldn't I still be a princess and not have to worry about spending too much money."

"Hehe, if you had gotten well with your first husband and given love to the child. Wouldn't you be what you want to be? Don't try shifting the blame. You only knew how to be a whore by opening your legs wide for boy toys"

"You" Elena was red in shame as she pointed at her mother.

The young man stared at his mother with disdain and disgust.

"Disgusting " he muttered under his breath causing Elena to redden more with shame.

"How dare you say that to your mother" Elena faced Eren who had called her disgusting.

"You call yourself a mother when you call me useless and shout at me. You also abandoned your first fruit without batting an eyelid and expect to call yourself a mother. Your just a person who gives birth." Eren opened the car door and left not looking at them again.

"See what you made him say." Elena turned to her mother.

"Would you keep quiet" as if I abandoned you when I had you with your dad.

"It's because you love dad."

Aisha spat at those words. "Your father raped me and that's why I married him. Who would marry someone like him who can't even last for long. I never enjoyed my sex life but I never looked outside but what about you. You jumped from one bed to another."

Aisha's words were like thunder to Elena's ears.

All she could hear was that she was born out of rape.
