All the corners of the premises of Springfort Villa were occupied by cars of different shapes, colors, and sizes.

The entire City knew about the event that was about to take place in the mansion, but only the elite could attend. The guards had been instructed to send out anyone who wasn’t looking luxurious enough for the party.

There were CEOs, business associates to the Avillas, political acquaintances, and other notable men in the society.

Dignitaries were all over the place, ready to witness the wedding between two of the most powerful families in Berryfort City.

However, whispers about the whereabouts of Jemima’s ex-husband who had suddenly disappeared were gradually becoming audible among some of the curious guests in the hall.

“I heard that Lucas cheated on Miss Avilla, that’s the reason why he divorced her.” A woman dressed in a fancy blue suit whispered to the middle-aged man standing beside her while she sipped some wine from her champagne flute.

“Hush, Mrs. Adam. Why speak so ill of the Divine Healer? Careful before you provoke someone.”

“But you know I am making sense, Mr. Bullock. I wonder why they decided to get married barely three days after their divorce.” The lady was persistent with her gossip, but the middle-aged man wasn’t having it.

The entrance of the couple was announced, and the guests scattered all over the place got themselves for the wedding to commence.

Holding onto Caius’ arm and with a bright smile on her face was Jemima. She was clad in a very exorbitant wedding gown while her partner wore a tuxedo.

They looked like they had defeated all their enemies, and had the world at their beck and call.

The aisle was cleared out entirely while they marched slowly, following the rhythm of the orchestral that was reverberating from a corner of the hall.

After silently waiting patiently, the guests were finally about to witness the tying of nuts when twenty-two military men stormed into the hall.

What would have been the biggest wedding in Berryfort was about to be disrupted.

“What the hell is going on?!”

“Who are all these soldiers?”

The guests were thrown into a state of apprehension, but not as much as Jemima and Caius.

They stared at each other, but none of them could provide an answer.

Worst still, the military men were armed, causing a surge of tension to crawl into the bodies of all the guests.

The soldiers looked so terrifying that no one could question the reason why they had disrupted the wedding, putting everyone in a state of suspense.

Suddenly, two men slowly walked into the hall. Their thudding steps were accompanied by so much vigor and charm.

Nobody could tell the difference between the two of them.

Their gray suits were the same. Their wristwatches, shoes, and even their subjugating style of majestic walking.

“Am I dreaming?” One of the guests wiped his face just to be sure that he was seeing right.

“Isn’t that Jemima’s ex-husband?! Wait! Which one of them is her ex-husband?!”

The guests were bewildered and scared at the same time. But all they could do was watch as Lucas and Logan walked toward the spot where the couple were standing alongside the minister.

“I thought they killed him. Did he reincarnate twice?” Caius shared the same facial expression as Jemima.

They couldn’t stop staring at the twins while they struggled to figure out which one of them was Lucas.

“Hello, Jemima. I think you should shut your mouth.” Lucas stood in front of the couple while his brother was behind him.

He had a smirk on his face while the couple remained completely stunned, unable to concentrate between him and his brother.

“Lucas? Is this you?” Jemima took a step, but she couldn’t get any closer to Lucas. She was reminded of her atrocity.

Her ex-husband had changed. She never knew that he could be that handsome and that there was going to be a time when he would be putting on luxurious outfits.

"You are supposed to be dead!" Caius whispered loudly, making sure that no one heard what he said.

“How many lives do you have?” He couldn’t believe his eyes.

His men had assured him that Lucas was not going to survive that night and that his body was going to be flooded away into the river through the gutters.

The hall remained still. Everyone was focused on the two brothers who looked exactly like each other, but it had become obvious who was Lucas among the two of them.

“Who is the other man? Does the Divine Healer have a clone?” Another female guest whispered, but her partner gestured to her to be quiet.

“I told you that you were going to pay for this, Jemima. But you were greedy and callous.” Lucas snarled at Jemima, reminded of all the sacrifices which she paid back with evil.

“What do you want, Lucas?! I already divorced you! You should let me get married to the man I want!” Jemima fired, her arrogance gradually igniting even though she was cringed by tension.

“you heard her! She is done with you! Why don’t you pick the remaining dignity you have and leave us alone?!” Caius joined in the attempt to send Lucas away, but he had come to seek his vengeance.

“I see…” Lucas scoffed, and then he sniggered while his eyes were still on the couple.

His stare soon turned to a glare, and he was fed up with their peskiness.

“You both are about to lose everything! Today is the day of reckoning!” Lucas’ voice thundered alongside his fury.

He clenched his fists furiously.

Logan decided to watch as his brother had his pound of flesh. He knew that he was going to enjoy the show to the fullest.

“Do something, Caius! We can’t let him ruin our wedding!” Jemima turned to her partner, but he discovered that his guards had fled at the sight of the soldiers.

“Leave now before I call the police!” Caius tried to summon his courage, but it was far beyond his reach.

“Get out! I need you to leave! Now!” Caius saw that the guests were trying to leave, meaning that the wedding was going to turn into a disaster.

“You just don’t know when to quit! I will strangle you!” Caius lifted his hand in an attempt to hit Lucas.

“Have you lost it?!” Logan landed a heavy punch on Caius’ face, sending him sprawling to the ground.

“You moron! Have you no fear?!” Logan landed more punches until Caius began to bleed.

An uproar of awe erupted in the hall.

Many jaws dropped instantly.
