"Tonight?"

"Yes," Haley replied. "For some reason, Mom received an anonymous invitation to the private Auction for tonight."

"How's mom going to get the necklace when the World Bank is undergoing maintenance?" Mason asked, remembering that his mother had told him their family assets had been temporarily frozen until next week.

"Mom is not going to attend the Auction, rather she is meeting with the president to resolve the issues. Leaving the both of us to attend the event," Haley replied, waving the invitation card at Mason.

"We are attending the auction?"

Haley nodded. "I want to see who buys the necklace so we can buy it back when the issues with the World Bank are resolved," Haley said. Mason plans on going to the Auction alone, but Haley already has the card, and he can't disclose the system identity to her or any person, so he has to allow her to tag along.

Mason smiled. "Don't worry the necklace is coming back to our family," he said.

"When are we leaving?"

“Austin,” Mr. Hasatin's voice resonated through the classroom, causing all the students to turn their attention to the front.
