Mason's eyes roamed around as they made their way through the private entrance exclusively for emergency use by the Williams family. Shortly along the hallway, they approached a metallic door with a restricted access sign towering above them. The head of security, leading the way, turned to the only person with access to the lock.

Grace pulled out two security cards from her bag and handed one to Mason with his name and the Williams logo created on it. There were only three cards, and Haley was the other person with access to the emergency entrance.

Mason slipped his card into his wallet, while Grace handed hers to the head of security, who slid it across the mounted sensor. The door with a green beep departed, revealing a private elevator, and unlike the other elevators, which were meant for the staff, the Willaims private elevator skipped through the first lobby meant for security checks and other activity before providing entrance into the second floor of the main building.

    “I will take the test,” Mason replied, and the man nodded his head, but before he could lead the way away from the group, Ms. Sonia stepped forward.“If the committee want my student to undertake a test, I would also supervise it,” she said, her tone leaving no room for negotiation.The man hesitated, unprepared for resistance. When he couldn't make up a reply, he shifted his gaze toward the judges’ table.After the men exchange murmurs and nods, permission was granted by the judges, and Ms. Sonia straightened her posture. “Let go, Mason,” She gestured for Mason to walk beside her. He didn't know why but he was sure he noticed the confidence residing in her tone.‘This is going to be interesting,’ Mason muttered to himself. They trail behind the officer together, slipping away from the crowd through the corridor beneath the stands, and the roar of the crowd slowly fades into a low, uneasy hum.“What's going on?     Natalia's eyes darted quickly towards Cleopatra, and the expression etched on her face was so intense that she instinctively took a step back. She inhaled sharply as if the air had been abruptly knocked out of her, prompting her to realize her actions.The stunned group of students, who were observing, grew more curious, their whispers growing louder as they watched Natalia struggle to regain composure.“What was that all about?"
