Chapter twenty-seven

Josephine cried all through the night, she woke up the next morning feeling ill.

Her body was incredibly weak and the dark circles under her eyes were really visible.

In the late hours of the afternoon, she decided that she would take a day off and visit the park, just to get her mind straight.

She picked up a black t-shirt and blue jeans, she wanted to go for a more casual look.

Josephine didn't want anyone to see the dark circles under her eyes so she applied light makeup to cover up the dark areas.

She picked up her little backpack and left her home.

Josephine was walking by the roadside when she passed Emerald Isle, she was tempted to go visit Authur but she kept waking.

After contemplating for a while, she stopped and decided that she was just going to greet Authur and then leave.

***In the interim, Authur was about to go for a lunch break when he received a call about a crazy lady who was causing a scene downstairs.

The elevator door opened and Authur walked out and went into th
