“He sure is working hard, eh?” The blacksmith sighted, looking at Kay’s back. The boy was trying to efficiently connect his Qi to his runecraft, but was finding no success, besides what he usually had.

They watched him training like this since yesterday. Exhausting himself more and more, to the point that Zera had to drag him out of the forest, just so he could eat something.

“While father would be proud… he would also worry about him.” The plant child chided, sitting in Zera’s lap. “He should rest, but it’s not on my place to stop him.”

The Arcana kept quiet. She was thinking about what happened when Kay’s returned from the commercial district and frowned.

He was pissed.

Later that night, she was contacting Seth, along with other contacts, which led her to found out about Kay and Leon little meeting.

She mostly let him train after that, since she knew he would have to get it out of his system, one way or the other. Her thoughts were unfocused but they would usually drift to Rosebury
