Chapter 10 A Hundred Million Dollars for You to Use
Vania Burke replied almost instantly. "Fuck! Really? Are you serious? That bastard really sold 100 housing units?"

"It's as real as it can be!" After sending that text, Ysabella sent over a few voicemails and excitedly told her best friend about what had happened. In response, Vania sent her a bunch of shocked emojis.

After chatting for a long time, Ysabella finally realized her boss was still there. Pursing her lips, she looked over at Timothy, who'd been staring at her. He looked like a hungry wolf who'd just watched his lamb get stolen from him, filled with grievance and anger.

Ysabella sneered before strolling away without talking to him. It was obvious that Tyrone's sale of 100 units had given her more confidence.

"Fuck!" Timothy was on the verge of going mad. Cursing, he smashed all the cups on the coffee table before storming off.

Then he drove to a club and ordered many drinks after entering the private room. Following that, he logged onto Twitter to discover that he was trending for apologizing to Tyrone. He drank a mouthful of wine after reading each comment. In the end, he was extremely drunk, and his expression was terrifyingly gloomy.

"Fucker! Asshole! You useless bastard! Do you think you're lucky just because you've gotten Cole Bennet's support? In your dreams! Just wait! If I say I will sleep with your wife, I will! Fucker, I can get any woman I want in Cleyton! Fuck!"

A while later, after he was finally done cursing Tyrone, he dialed a number. The call connected quickly, and Timothy cleared his throat while standing up as if the person on the other end of the call was someone powerful.

"Hello? Is this Marcus Howel? I'm Timothy Jenkin from Jenkin Group. I've had a meal with you before."

"Oh? Mr. Jenkin? You've become quite popular recently. Haha."

Timothy didn't dare to get mad, even though Marcus was clearly making fun of him. After a brief moment of hesitation, he got straight to the point. "Marcus, can you help me deal with a woman? You can ask for whatever price, and I won't refuse!"

Meanwhile, in a high-end café, Tyrone took a sip of coffee before looking at Cole, who was standing beside him. He couldn't help but laugh. "Mr. Bennett, take a seat. It's not practical for us to speak with you standing there."

"Mr. Hendrick, please just call me by my name. I don't deserve such respect." As Cole spoke, he sat opposite Tyrone.

"Cole, I don't want to publicize my identity yet. You've managed Slycon Group well so far, so please continue your good work."

"I understand, Mr. Hendrick. You must be role-playing, right? Don't worry. Just let me know whenever you need me to cooperate with you."

"Role-play?" Tyrone was taken aback, and he found the term weird. He laughed and said, "That's a funny way to put it. But it's not a problem. Now, I need you to do three things. First of all, my wife is still working at Jenkin Group, so please get someone to keep an eye on her in case anyone tries to do anything to her."

"On it. I'll send out the order right now."

"Second, please arrange a house for me as soon as possible. A good house that's luxurious."

"Okay, Mr. Hendrick. I have a house that fits your description, and I can transfer ownership to you immediately. However, it's currently under renovation. It might take half a month—"

"Half a month?" Tyrone frowned and thought about it. Yvan might still need some time to prepare before the wedding, so it wouldn't happen quickly. So he nodded. "Okay. I can deal with half a month, but let's try to speed up the process. As for the third matter, please prepare some money for me. Around ten million dollars."

Over the past three years, Tyrone had learned how difficult it was to be penniless. Money meant everything in the society they lived in.

"I've already had it prepared for you, Mr. Hendrick." Cole smiled. Then he took out a black card from his pocket and handed it over. "There's 100 million dollars in here. Please use it first and ask me for more once you run out."

After a brief moment of shock, Tyrone took the card with a smile, thinking he'd underestimated Slycon Group. They had just spent 100 million dollars to buy the houses, but they could still cash out another 100 million dollars. No wonder they were a big shot in Cleyton.

"Great. Then I'll be leaving first. If there's anything else, I'll contact you. Oh, I'll tell my dad about you once I go home." Tyrone left the café after he finished speaking.

On the other hand, Cole seemed to have gotten an adrenaline boost and was suddenly energized. He felt extremely grateful since Ambrose Hendrick, Tyrone's father, had been his savior during his darkest moments and helped him achieve what he had today.

Therefore, he knew Ambrose and his family's capabilities all too well. The term "powerful" wasn't enough to describe them.
