They all stood up and gazed at Joel. The hero act instantly washed out from him as he trembled and shivered.

One of them moved closer to him, "Why the hell did you push the young master?" he could feel his hot breath. Joel breathed hard. He didn't want to chicken out and be embarrassed. "He spilled wine on her clothes and didn't apologize."

"Apologize?" The young master will never apologize. The one who will apologize right now is you. Bow down and apologize, and we will forget it all," the guard said.

Joel looked around and saw that everyone was looking at him. He gazed at Lydia, who was also looking at him. Bowing down would be a huge embarrassment.
