Marcus and Sophia walked hand in hand into the banquet, and as they were about to enter, Lydia stood in front of them.

"Marcus," she called. Sophia wondered who she was and searched Marcus's face for an answer.

"Hi, Lydia, you are doing very well," Marcus answered her.

She scoffed, "Yeah, I will surely be doing very well, because I am not like you, lingering around rich women."

Marcus nodded, "We should not start this here. I don't know the reason you must always come after me whenever we meet."

"Yeah, because that's what you deserved. Look at you, some months ago you were romancing and smashing the secretary of the company you used to work for. Now you are with another rich lady," Lydia stated.

"I don't see any reason why that concerns you," Marcus simply answered.

"Please... who is this?" Sophia asked.

"My ex-wife. We have divorced," Marcus answered.
