-adrien's pov:-

The moment we got there I took matter into my own hands.

I grabbed the attention of everyone which was kinda hard seeing how many people we had.

"It's getting kinda late and dark so we might wanna hurry this a bit up. We're going to need to set up two tents. We'll never make it to set up the kitchen tent too so we'll be stretching our hands over that by morning. For now we'll form ourselves into two teams of six. These teams will also be the people you'll be sleeping with in your tent so choose wisely okay?"

James immediately approached me with a horribly proud look. I smiled at him as he gave me a hug.

"I'm so proud of you, you're finally becoming a man Adrien." He said whilst still in the hug.

"Thank you, thank you so much."

As he let go of the hug I saw Millie, Lola and Jasper standing close to me and James.

"Just to clarify, we're standing here to be joining your tent." Said Jasper.

"Yeah, we figured you two would definitely share a tent and thought you both are nice person's." Added Lola.

Before we could respond everyone had chosen a side except for Warren and Walter.

I saw Warren looking at my group.

"Go." Said Walter

"I don't wanna leave you alone." Answered Warren.

"Warren go, I insist."

"Are you sure?" Asked Warren one last time.

"Warren if you do not go right now I'll make you, go!"

Warren smiled at Walter as he entered our group.

"Do you think we can trust these people setting up tents while we go grab the rest of the stuff from the car?" I asked James.

"No we definitely can't. What if I grab those things while you manage things over here?"

"That's really nice but you'll really need two persons for that." I spoke trying to keep him here. I really didn't wanna put him through walking all the way back.

"Hey Warren, you wanna help me out?" Asked James.

"If I must." He chuckled.

"Great thanks." He turned himself to me. "Give me your keys."

"James I'm really not going to let you-"

"Give me your damn keys Adrien!" He said cutting me off.

I rolled my eyes and sighed deeply. I grabbed my keys from my pocket and threw them in James's palm.

He gave me the 'I always get what I want' smile as he left with Warren.

"Tom, where have you put the tent I gave you?" I asked.

"Over there." He said pointing to a tree diagonally behind me.

I grabbed the tent and lugged it to the other team.

"Good luck with setting it up."

I went back to what was remaining of my group.

"Does anybody here know how to set this up?" I asked knowing we were in trouble.

"I do actually, vage." Responded Lola.

Her words were desperately relieving. At least one person knew what to do here.

"Well where do we begin?" Queried Millie.

"Well maybe it's a smart idea to start getting that thing out of it's case." Offered Jasper.

"Yeah Millie you should've known." I told her knowing damn well I didn't think about that either.

I grabbed the tent and opened the case of it.

What we had now was a set of hamers, pegs, one groundsheet, eleven poles and of course the tent itself.

By the looks of it I immediately knew how long this oughta take, the answer is too long by the way.

Lola immediately took power.

"Alright me, Jasper and Adrien will roll out the tent and Millie can you please connect the poles? There should be four of two and one of three."

Everybody seemed to agree so we grabbed the tent while Millie grabbed the poles.

I watched as Millie put the poles together and didn't even notice Lola yelling at me.

"Adrien?!" She yelled aggressive.

"Oh, uh yeah?"

"We need you to take a step to the right." Lola responded.

"Oh, right sorry." I apologized.

I took a step to the left unconscious it wasn't the right.

"Your other right dingus." She teased.

I just stood there a few seconds before I realized what I had actually done wrong.

After I followed Lola's instructions as told we finished spreading out the tent and I've gotta say we did the pretty neatly.

Now for the hard part.

Millie had put all the poles together. They seemed correct, at least in my eyes.

"Lola did I do this correctly? I feel like I'm overlooking something."

"No, no it seems good to me, thanks Millie." Lola replied. "For now we'll only need to four we two poles attached.

Lola grabbed a pole and walked back to the tent.

"Now we've gotta looked for four little holes where the end of these poles can fit through." She said.

"Holes? But what if it rains?" Asked Millie already stressing.

"Millie I've literally just said that these poles will go through them."

"Right, sorry."

"Geez you guys actually have never been in a tent have you?"

Everybody seemed to agree that we have not.

Lola found the hole of the tent and stuck the pole through it.

"Adrien can you hand me a second one?" She asked politely.

"Sure, wait."

I grabbed a pole and handed it to Lola.

This time she quickly found the other hole and did the same as before.

Now we just gotta do the exact same on the other end.

The moment that finished I was pretty proud of the progress we were making.

Lola sighed deeply. "I don't trust anyone of you with a hammer in their hand but I have no choice but to hand you one so let me give everyone a quick explanation on how this works."

Lola grabbed a hammer and a peg.

"You grab these white lines of the tent and make sure that you tighten them to the ground. After, you stick the peg through the this loop at the end of the line. You stick the peg this way into the ground and carefully hamer it while holding onto the peg. When it's around this deep into the ground you can let go and hammer it a tad harder. But please watch out with not hammering it to far into the ground because we'll still need to get those out, understood?"

Everybody seemed to be thinking it was pretty easy and honestly, I couldn't agree more with them.

Everyone grabbed a hammer and some pegs and started hammer them into the ground.

After all the lines were done Lola called us the front of the tent.

"Jasper and Millie, do you see those rings around the tent? Make sure to put a peg through them and then follow the same instructions of the lines. In the meantime Adrien and I will bent ourselves over the groundsheet."

"Sure, sounds good." I replied as if I had any idea what she was talking about.

Lola grabbed the groundsheet and threw it at me.

With my awesome reflexes I barely caught it. I swear it was not as light as she made it look.

Lola zipped open the tent and walked in, I followed her in and I gotta say it wasn't that bad for our first tent.

I layed the groundsheet on the ground in the middle of the tent.

"Now we'll fold it open and make sure that the entire ground is covered."

Lola kneeled down next to sheet and unfolded it in her direction so I did my side.

We did manage to do that pretty quick.

"Adrien I'll do the finish in touches on this groundsheet if you can get the last poles Millie put together."

"Will do." I said leaving the tent carefully so it wouldn't tumble apart.

I grabbed the pole as Lola told me and handed it to her and she set it up right in the middle of the tent.

Did we do it? Did we actually manage to do it?!

I got out of the tent as i saw Millie hitting the final Peg. We did it!

I glanced a look at the other group to see their progress but they were still busy with the groundsheet.

Seeing that this was settled I told everyone they could grab their sleeping stuff and get it ready for tonight.

The sun had set and I seriously had to use my flashlight to see where I was walking and wouldn't trip over a fallen branch or something.

I grabbed my and James's sleeping bags and layed them inside of the tent. I walked another time back and forth for Warren his bags.

I pumped up my, James and Warren their air mattress but James and Warren still hadn't came back.

Where are they? It has been over an hour already!

"Should we go check on James and Warren? I'm starting to worry something might've happened." Asked Jasper.

"Even if something has happened, we can't go outside in the dark at this time. It's too dangerous. I'm sure they'll be here soon." Responded Millie.

Even though I was worried too, Millie was right, it's better to wait. And to be fair, the chance that something has happened are pretty small.

I shook my thoughts off and layed down.

Please James. Please tell me nothing happened.
