Once Zhu Lian asked that, Max smiled.

"Yea, I am worried that it wouldn't let me leave your world to a higher world where I would get something that I am seeking for." Max answered.

"Alright." Zhu Lian said.

Then she continued by saying "Then lastly, the final layer is the God Layer. While worlds that are found in this layer are called the God Worlds or God planets."

"And as it name implies, they are really massive worlds where God-like cultivators abound. While the supreme cultivators in these worlds number so greatly that they could be seen as the mortals of these worlds. Then to give a clear value of their numbers, the ratio of supreme cultivators to Godly cultivators could be a thousand to one" Zhu Lian said while Max shook his head.

He then asked "Those godly cultivators are the cultivators that rule over the respective worlds that they reside in, right?"
