[State: Currently in a critical state. Due to continuous intakes of poison, her mental state has devolved to the edge of full-blown insanity]

Two things stood out to Richard.

First was that the black phone also regarded Anna as a Lopez, instead of a Martinez, causing him to wonder about her origin.

Secondly, was the fact that she was being fed poison instead of drugs which led to her current critical state.

Which was why he was so cold to James.
