Emax fell to the ground with his hands placed on the floor and screams of pain leaving his mouth. He had landed with his knees leading to both of the shattering instantly and him unable to move. “What is this sorcery? ” Emax screamed in anger, he couldn't move anymore, it was almost like an external force was pressing down on him. “Did you think we had shown you our power? Seconds after Ragnar had defeated the first shadow beast, another one leaped out from the shadows, and soon another, followed by a swarm of shadow beasts. Ragnar took in a deep breath, slowly spreading his healing Mana across the beasts, and with a single snap of his fingers, they had all exploded or outright dropped dead. For some he expanded their brains till they burst, some had their hearts blown into pieces, while others Ragnar used their bones to stab their bodies. Ragnar felt like a freak of nature, with his newfound cultivation, only few could challenge him in power, he was essentially a god. The second of distraction from Nate crashing into the ground and causing an Earthquake was enough for Emax to kill two more shadow knights. With each shadow knight he killed, the pressure on his body was slowly beginning to lessen and he was regaining control of his body naturally. Emax however ignored that factor, the celestial swords in his arms were the perfect counter for the swords of the knights. He could easily twist and contort his celestial aura to change the shape and size of the weapon and in the process, counter the attack of the knight. Athena could summon weapons while Emax could make weapons, he was slowly starting to believe that he was an actual god of war. 1 hour ago.Nate continued to wreck the shadow king despite being buried into the ground, his attacks were so fast that the shadow kung didn't have a chance to react or even open a portal. Nate grabbed onto gravitos, activating his Earthen teleportation, the stones covered them, shooting them out at the surface once more. Ragnar arrived at the outskirts of the witch settlement, along with Luke and the rest of the soldiers. “Two of you, get a general look of the area.” Luke said pointing at two random men,who dared not complain. The men swiftly but sneakily entered into the settlement, trying to get as much information as possible by combining their five senses. It only took them about two minutes to completely sweep through the area, despite their powers remaining inactive, that did not hinder their natural efficiency. “The place where our weapons are kept is guarded by five male security men, the rest of the area like before is filled with different witches and more men." One of the men stated, clearly proud of his observations. “Are they soldiers? or did they at least look like they could fight.” Luke asked, from his knowledge most of the men captured here were soldiers thanks to their natural strength and stamina. “They are kids, they aren't even old enough to hold a beast inside of them,

Nate flapped his wing once, causing a huge wave of dust and sand to be blown away, along with him arriving before his friends, who were all hurled together. The shadow castle had been completely destroyed thanks to Jack, Klea and Athena. The corpses of the shadow beings where however, unable to be found, Jack had single handedly consumed the bodies of each shadow being that had fallen. “Nate, Emax, next time, please do not use so much power to destroy your opponents, if possible leave them alive so I can gain more energy by eating them. ” Jack complained, eating am enemy with as much power as Gravitos or one of his knights would have given him a significant boost in power. “Enough resting, let's go. ” Emax said abruptly, he didn't want to think about what was going on with his brother right now, he trusted Ragnar to protect the boy no matter what. Ragnar was smart like him, so he was sure that Ragnar would at least have found out that Alfred was his brother. His mind was solely focused on defeating that king for now, after getting the other world traveller then they would either directly go to the witch realm or they would go to the human realm and from their hop onto the beast realm.
