The attendant glanced at Peter looking physically hesitant.

Was he really poor?

That meant he wouldn't be able to afford this prestigious jewelry set assuming Peter and Sofia were a couple.

She glanced at Joey and Stacie instead.

They had walked in holding several shopping bags from other high end stored within this mall, which meant they had gotten to do a lot of shopping in other stores before coming here.

While Peter and Sofia had come in empty handed, could it be that they were really just here to show off and weren't really trying to buy anything?

Thinking up to here the attendant felt startled, her expression quickly shifted.

She glanced at the necklace still around Sofia's neck.

"Ma'am, I'll need you to take off that necklace please."

Though her words were polite, her tone was harsh and rude.

Peter frowned, "We'll be buying this necklace so there's no need to be so rude." He said to the attendant.

Sofia glanced up at Peter looking surprised.

"It's okay Peter, I'll buy the jewel
