At 9:30 am on a chilly Sunday, the Westend International Prison was blanketed in snow. The inspector had a feeling that something was amiss, and with the potential for a prisoner strike, he acted quickly to increase security. He ordered more police recruits to be deployed and additional officers from neighboring police stations to be sent to the prison. The prison was now more secure than ever before.

The inspector didn't want to disappoint the citizens of the country and he also hoped to receive a promotion from inspector to Minister of Internal Security. He was determined to do a good job, so he could eventually rule the world.

After all the necessary measures were taken, the inspector called a meeting with the staff. All the staff members rushed to attend the meeting, except George and Alphonse who believed that the inspector was after power, and they didn't think he was doing any good.

Once all the staff members had gathered in the inspector's office, the room fell silent as the inspector cleared his throat. With a serious expression, he announced, "Today, I have a bad feeling that something is going to happen. To prevent this from coming to pass, we need to transfer a hundred prisoners to another facility where they won't be recognized."

Just as the inspector was about to continue, two policemen burst into the room and whispered something in the inspector's ear before quickly leaving. The inspector apologized for the interruption before turning back to the staff.

The staff members sprang into action, their voices rising in volume as they worked to carry out the inspector's orders. The atmosphere in the room was tense, with everyone aware of the gravity of the situation.

The inspector spoke with authority, demanding that everyone adhere to his instructions. However, some of the staff members were not happy with his approach, with one person expressing their concerns. They felt that the inspector's behavior was like a dictatorship and that there was no way prisoners could be transferred from the largest prison in the country to a smaller one. They also wondered where George and Alphonse were, as they thought they were supposed to be the first ones heard.

The inspector, however, was not interested in hearing any complaints. He declared that this meeting was not a debate and that everything he said would be final. He then announced that he was demoted all of the staff members to police officers and that he would appoint new staff members.

His words were met with resistance from the staff members, who shouted in protest. The noise level rose, and the inspector had to shout for everyone to be quiet. Suddenly, twenty police officers entered the room, cocking their machine guns and pointing them at the staff members. They warned them not to move, creating an intense and tense atmosphere in the room.

The staff members had no choice but to comply when the inspector, Odhimbe, told them to gather in the training room. Along with Alphonse and George, they all gathered as instructed. The inspector then ordered Odhimbe to lock himself and all of his members in jail, so that they wouldn't be selected among the hundreds. Odhimbe happily followed the orders. Meanwhile, the inspector had several things on his mind, including instructing some police officers to make a list of 100 prisoners, calling all the prisoners together for a meeting, and selecting new staff members.

The Inspector, accompanied by his top twenty-five staff members, arrived at the prison to address the inmates. He announced that the old rules were no longer in place, including the military wing. This news was met with cheers from the prisoners, who were grateful for the change.

The Inspector then informed the prisoners that a hundred of them would be cleaning the new palace and explained why they were in a big prison rather than a small one. He made it clear that there would be consequences for misbehavior, and that instead of being sent to the military wing, offenders would be hanged in a room called the "dack room."

At the mention of the "dack room," all the prisoners fell silent. The Inspector then began calling out names, and when Spider's name was called, he stepped forward. The Inspector then left the prison, leaving the inmates to ponder their new reality.

Luke and Helena arrived at the kiosk and found Jack and Charley speaking. When they saw Luke and Helena, they stopped abruptly.

"What were you saying?" Helena asked. "Just wondering how late you two are," Jack answered. "If we were late, why didn't you call us?" Helena told Jack in a raised voice.

"Enough," Charley interjected. "I think you can sort that out for next time, but for now, it's time to bring Spider home. Helena, it's time to change your tone, Jack, and Luke. And let's make it less than a minute. I'm timing," Charley said as he prepared his watch.

Jack was faster than the others and he returned to Charley. Charley ordered him to park the fake guns in a trolley and to exchange Luke and Helena's guns with the fake ones. They all finished at the same time. "Congratulations to all of you for doing it so fast," Charley said with a smile. "Now I believe that while in prison, we're going to do things just as fast. As a reminder, remember, let no other prisoner apart from Spider convince you to help him escape. Do all of you understand?" "Yes, we understand," Luke, Jack, and Helena shouted in unison.

"That's good. It's time to put your microchips in your ears," Charley said with a smiling face as he nodded to Jack. After they put the microchips in their ears, Charley walked forward, entered a password, and the tunnel door opened. "Good luck, guys," Charley said. Luke entered first, then Helena, and finally Jack, and the tunnel door closed behind them.

The inspector walked into the training room where the older staff members were gathered. He entered slowly and spoke sternly, "What are you all doing here in official clothing? Can't you change into police uniforms and do it faster?"

Alphonse stood up and replied, "Look inspector, everything you're doing for us, you must be paid for. Your aim of controlling the world won't work."

The inspector hit the table and yelled, "Shut up, you idiot! Who told you that?"

Alphonse calmly replied, "I know because I'm a dog and I can smell it."

The inspector ordered some police officers to take the "chosen prisoners" to the exit gate. The police officers complied, and they found four expensive lorries filled with prisoners waiting for them.

The man in charge of Alphonse and George said, "The prisoners are already inside the lorry. You'll also sit in the lorry, but alternatively with the prisoners. Move quickly and pick one gun each."

All the staff members climbed into the lorry, while the rest of the group took presidential escort motorcycles.
