'Where are you?'

Derek received that text some minutes after he arrived at the coffee shop not too far from his office.

It was a text from Catherine. And for a few seconds, he didn't know what response to give to it.

He was drained. Pretty muvh exhausted from having to use all of his energy throughout the day. All he needed was a break.

It was the reason he went to the coffee shop at first. He was supposed to get to the company after recalling his left his house keys there but a hot drink was what he needed first.

He finally texted back.

'At the coffee chop beside the company.'

'Good. Cause I'm close to your office now,' was the text he received from Catherine in return.

He was going to be having company when all what he wanted was time alone to himself. He really didn't want to be with someone right now, especially if that someone was the reason for his stress in the first place.
