“I thought you said I was going to make you late,” Perseus muttered.

Sherry glanced at him through the mirror. “Would you stop saying that? No one knew if you bathed.”

“What made you think I wouldn't bathe?” He inquired.

“Stop arguing, you two. We have more things to worry about.” Eris chimed.

“Hmph!” Sherry pouted.

“I will just read a book while she styles her hair.” He responded. “Eris, care to share your books?”

“You haven’t read a thing?” Eris demanded.

“Yes, I haven’t.”

“And you expect me to believe you will understand anything you read now?”

“I will understand everything.” He reassured her.

“That’s not possible!” Eris yelled.

“Cut it out, you two.” Sherry chirped in. “Just give the book to him; perhaps he had read something and wanted to revise.”

Eris hesitated before opening her bag and handing the book to him.

“Thanks.” He took the book and sat on the couch.
