Perseus walked in through the front door, his eyes scanning the place for the sight of Sherry. Seeing that she might be upstairs, he walked up the stairs. After reading the message, he excused himself and left.

For safety reasons, he had decided to keep the message away from Eris. He could tell that she was angry, and adding that would make her even worse.

“Sherry!” He called out to her, pushing the door Lexi was at, and hurried in.

Sherry glanced back at him; she was sitting on the bed with Lexi. “Oh, you are home.”

“What do you mean by saying she is behaving strangely?” Perseus asked, stepping closer to her and glancing at Lexi.
