Perseus paused before throwing up his hands in defeat. “Okay, I lose, you win.”

Roman grinned. “I knew you couldn't beat me at that; you were just buffing when you increased the price.”

Perseus' lips curled into a satisfied smile. “You are an idiot, aren't you?” Perseus peered at him. “Why would I pay that amount of money for a ten million dollar building?”

Roman grinned. “I knew it! I knew that you were just buffing.” It suddenly hit him. “What? I was tricked! You didn't plan to buy the building, did you?”

Perseus grinned back. “I didn't.”

Roman's face turned red in anger as he stared at Perseus. Eris and Sherry stared at Perseus with admiration in their eyes.

“That was awesome.” Sherry said. “I thought that you were about to throw so much money away.”

“I didn't expect that you tricked him.” Eris beamed.

Perseus opened his lips to speak, but the commotion from the couples stopped him.

“What do you think that you were doing? Wasting money like that?” Celia demanded, scowling at Roman.
