Perseus waved his chained hand, bringing everyone’s attention to the sheet of paper in his hand.

Seeing the color of the document, Lily’s blood ran cold. She had intentionally used a red sheet of paper so that she could tell the difference between the documents from other ones.

[You can’t check it now until you are done,] Iris chimed in, leaning closer to Perseus’s ear and whispering, [Don’t you dare take gifts from Lint.]

Perseus frowned. He was just about to speak to Lily, and now he was getting distracted by Iris. He could have grabbed her and tossed her as far as he could if it wasn’t for the fact that he was chained.

‘Just do your job and give her the new documents,’ Perseus mumbled.

“How did you get those documents?” Lily questioned. “I was sure that there was only one copy.”
