Shane breathed a sign of relief as he stood up from the seat he has sat on almost 5hrs already.

"Time passed"

The notification beeped again as Shane found himself back in the class.He stared in amazement at the middle aged man whose chin has been raised even higher.

The gaze the whole class looked at him changed as this was an awakener,a person above peak humanity.The man slowly tapped his watch as a holographic image appeared in the air informing them of their scores.

Shane looked at the list as he found his name in the 2nd place which elicited a nod from the middle aged man and caused the entire class to look at him strangely as Shane found the haughty and disdain looks lessen a little.

"Finally ascended to the 2nd position in class,mum will be proud."Shane muttered to himself as he smiled in satisfaction.He has been stuck in the 3rd position for all the three years, becoming second at the last year school exam was an achievement.

Looking at at the name at the top,he could see the name Ava.At the front of the class,a young girl could be seen a spectacle on her beautiful face.Possessing long wavy pink hair,she was the goddess of the last years with a star point of 4.5/5.

The only person with the hope of joining the Guardians of Xavier among all the final years of Star Bright Academy.To Shane,she was a beautiful gem that couldn't be obtained by people like him,but her incredible beauty was ruined by her cold face that wore a haughty look on it.Even though,Shane thought she deserved it due to her powerful ability of Increased Memory with an Origin talent of 60%.

Shane moved out of the hall,as he could see the fatty waving at him from afar.

There was an incredibly wide smile on Lucas face as he chucked about three bars of chocolate in his fat mouth.To Shane,that action means Lucas was excited.

"Shane,this brother of yours has done it, thanks to my chocolates bars off course.My star point Is now 3.9.What about you?"

"Yeah,my star points increased by 0.4.A total of 3.6"Shane said with a proud smile.

"This calls for a celebration don't you think,Shane.Come let me treat you to chocolate bars."

A fat hand laid on Shane's shoulder as he felt as if all the air in his body was being squeezed out from the weight of those hands.But he knew he could bear with it to the not so far canteen.

They haven't even reached far,when the whole world suddenly turned dark.It was a sudden change that took everyone by surprise as they were at noon.Morever,an extreme whether change such as this will have been passed by the news outlets,but nothing like that happened, causing all the students and inhabitants of Sector X to raise their heads up.

Red coloured lightning flashed in the sky,as everyone could feel their hair standing on end from those bolts of lightning that was gathering around at horrifying speed.

A notification rang out in the entire school, informing the students to immediately move into the closest class before the next 10 seconds,failure of which three star points will be deducted.

The students in immediately scurried away into their class.Nobody wanted to lose a whooping three star points to their curiosity of a weather change.A gigantic hand hung around Shane as he was immediately carried of his feet by Lucas,who immediately dashed back to a class in the academy with Shane under his armpit.

As Shane looked at the sky from Lucas's armpit,he could see the weird darkness around but he ignored it as he knew,a minute from now and it'll have been solved when suddenly he could see a beam of purple light pierce into the clouds.

A gigantic pillar of lightning immediately slammed down on the beam of energy as if trying to stop it's ascent,causing shockwaves to ripple as some sky scrapers had their tops immediately blown away.

He thought it was the higher-ups in Sector X responding to the weather change when suddenly his pupils constricted as he saw the place where the beam of light emerged from.

It was his House.

Lucas arrived in a class,as he quickly entered into it before slamming the door close.He wiped the sweat off his head as he put down Shane while trying to lock the door.

"You know Shane,the government will already be working on this in the moment.We just need to wait a little for them to do their job.I'm still treating you to Chocolate bars no matter what happens.So don't worry at all Shane...Shane? Shane?"

Lucas looked back as he discovered the Shane he brought into the class was missing.Grabbing one of the students around him by his neck tightly.

"Where is he?"he asked with a red eyes that scream of a willingness to kill.

"You never brought anyone in in the first place.It was only you." the young man quickly said afraid of being chucked to death by the giant.

Lucas face turned grave as he saw all the students present looking at him strangely.

He couldn't believe,Shane has escaped his grasp without him even knowing.He immediately tried opening the door,but stopped by a student.

"We were told by the teachers to stay in class.Opening the door is you being selfish as..."

A gigantic palm landed on the students face as he was immediately sent reeling into the wall and smashed into it.

The other students sucked in a deep breath as they looked at the young man hanging in the wall.He had been knocked out cold with a slap.

Lucas immediately placed his hands on the door about to push when he saw the door won't bulge even an inch.A notification rang out through the entire academy.

"All openings in the school has been strengthend for emergency.All students shouldn't panic and just remain where they are."

Lucas banged the door hard like a mad man but the door didn't even bulge an inch.He punched with all his might as his fists became bloodied but he ignored that as he kept pounding.

"He might already be in another class.You don't need to worry much, the emergency will be over in anytime from now." a student said behind him as Lucas calmed down a little.

Although he's stopped banging on the door as he knew it was a useless endeavor.He couldn't help but feel bad about something.As if things were about to go wrong.

Shane could be seen outside the academy as he running with speed towards his house.

Gigantic red beams of lightning blasted from the sky sometimes as the building they landed on was immediately reduced into nothing no doubt reducing the unlucky souls present in it into gores but he ignored all this as only one thought was on his mind.'Ensuring his mum's safety'.

He continued to run with speed,as blood and ripped off body parts could be seen lying on the ground as hundreds of corpses laid dead due to the lightning strikes.

He didn't realize when tears started flowing out of his eyes as his speed quickened even more while his chest pounded madly in his rib cage afraid his worst fears might come true.

He had nothing more in his life.His mum was the only pillar left.He already lost his dad to the war,he couldn't lose his mum too.

The beam of light that extended into the clouds from his house slowly receded but that didn't make Vather legs stop for even a second as he continued running with every energy he could gather in him.

After the beam of purple light disappeared,the lightning suddenly stoped striking down,as they slowly faded while the darkness turned even darker.

Snow suddenly started pouring out of the sky in large amount as the all the wrecked buildings were soon covered by it.

A gigantic purple coloured gate suddenly appeared in the sky as an horrifying pressure slammed into the world causing all inhabitants of Sector X to feel their knees grow soft as they all fell into the ground with a plop sound.Awakened or non awakened,all bowed before the pressure of the gates against their own free will.The gigantic gate slowly opened as stairs emerged from it into a place in Sector X.

His house.

A leg suddenly stepped out of the purple gate as the world went silent.Even the crackling lightning and the loud thunder seemed to quiet down as the world was plunged onto silence.

It was as if welcoming the arrival of a king.The arrival of a being beyond.A being whose emergence caused all inhabitants,weak or strong, of an entire world to bow down against their will.A descent causing an entire world to descend into total darkness and silence.

This was the descent of a king.A descent of a primordial race.
