My Nanotech System

A change in fate.

Shock and annoyance was present on Shane's face, mostly due to the sudden of the attack and also the thought of being caught by his bullies.He wanted to scream and make a run for it,when suddenly he saw the huge fat hands and they seem a little familiar.Suddenly Shane's eyes dilated as he screamed:

"Put me down you damn fatty"Shane felt his tightly squeezed stomach lighten up a little as he released from the grasp.

Slowly turning black,he could see a dark haired young man before him.He was at a height of 1.9 metres tall,and so fat to the point of obesity.Two huge cheeks that jingles anytime he moved was present on his face taking about 60% of the entire space as his mouth was covered in remnants of chocolate bars.

This was Lucas Miller,the school's number one best chocolate eater and the fattest.Shane's best buddy and saviour.

"Tch,you damn Lucas, you're so fat yet you can walk so sneakily without making a single noise.

How many times I've I told you to stop carrying me like that."he asked cleaning the back of his school uniform that was stained in chocolate bars.

"Wait"A gigantic palm appeared in Shane's face motioning for him to stop as Lucas brought out another huge chocolate bars and threw it into his mouth.

He spanked his lips together in delight as he closed his eyes relishing the taste before placing his attention back on Shane"Now what were you saying"

Shane stared helplessly at the fat thing as he knew without first taking chocolate bars,then whatever you tell this fat pig was passing through his left ear and out of the right ear immediately.The chocolate bars act like an information retainer for him.Who knows maybe the sensory neurons in his ears were destroyed by the chocolate bars.

"Stop carrying me like that Lucas, I'm a grown man now.It's embarrassing and inappropriate."

"Huh,I don't know, I was just giving me friend a hug.What's wrong with that.Anyway,You know, I've watched how you've been growing leaner and leaner in this past years.Did you know why?"

Lucas whispered into Shane's ears while looking around as if watching if there was anyone looking their side.

"Why?" Shane asked as he looked around foolishly too thinking it was some type of secret.

"It's because...you don't eat chocolates."Lucas said said seriously with a gaze of pity as if not eating chocolates was the worst of all punishments.

"Tch you sure can never change,but you know Lucas,today is the final exams,are you ready?"

Shane asked seriously as their final exams was today,and that'll determine if they'll all be enter a good awakening school.

"Of course I have,my chocolate bar consumption has increased by thrice their intensity.Before I eat at least 500 hundred chocolate bars,but now I can no longer count.I believe my strength has increased even more.You shouldn't be worried about me but about yourself, Shane."

Shane signed in relief for Lucas.Lucas wasn't the one to concentrate on the educational faculty,so all he could do was increase his origin fusion percentage,and strangely Shane noticed, that the more chocolate bars the fatty eats,the greater his increase in strength which could only mean there was also an increase in his origin fusion percentage.Increasing origin fusion percentage by devouring chocolate bars,a concept even he couldn't understand.

"Then see you at the end of the day,let me know what your final star points score is"

"Ok Shane.If anyone dares bully my brother just give me the call,I'll take good care of them,ok"

Shane nodded as he resumed his running to his class, looking at the back,he could see Lucas threw in another huge bar of chocolate as he gave him a thumbs up from faraway.

Shane shook his head as he continued running.Lucas was his only friend in the entire school,as he was the only one not afraid of contacting his 'strange disease'.While he might look like anotger average student.You would be terribly wrong as he was the son of the Head of the Miller family.A family specializing in all kind of sweets making and number one in Sector X baking industry.He was among the top twenty of the strongest Level one students.

He was his luck to be friends with him. The number of bullies on him has also reduced due to Lucas,as the bullies who were unfortunate enough to land in his hands will spend at least two weeks on the hospital bed.

Shane arrived in the class,as he learnt he was only a minute early before the teacher arrives,but he was still late.This was the final exams,the last chance to increase their star points some students were already here two hours before class starts at all.They were surprised that the trash who couldn't gain extra star points from Origin talen still has the gut to come late to the exam.

Shane didn't draw much attention in the class, majority of what he got was snorting and hissing of students.But he ignored all that thinking to himself,'What's so special about being able to cultivate dimensional energy.He was regarded as trash yet he was the number 3 in class A educational faculty,when their total number was almost 50.'

He quickly moved to a corner at the far end of the class as he waited for the examiner.

A middle aged man with a green hair appeared in the class not long after.He wore an expressionless face on him as one could see his chin raised slightly in pride than normal.He suddenly clapped his hands together without saying a single word.

A milky wave of energy amanted from him as it washed over the whole class.Vather felt his eyelids suddenly got heavy as he closed his eyes but in the next second he immediately opened them but found himself in a white endless room.

Vather looked at himself as he could see he was made up of some type of energy.He was in some sort of seat as a tablet could be seen hovering in front of him.

"All memory storage technologies has been rendered useless.All kinds of technologies have been disabled.You have 5hrs to complete the exams.Your countdown starts in 10 seconds."

A notification resounded through the entire hall.

Shane marvelled at the white hall that extended deep into the distance.He was the only one present in here,as he felt oddly comforted being alone.

The Middle aged man was definitely an awakener,as he was able to take them to a virtual world that'll render every technology gadget on them useless and also separate all of them from each other.

With the crazy advance in technology.Fusion with a memory storage gadget is incredibly common among students as they'll store all their notes in them and hide the chip directly in their brains.On entering the exam hall,all knowledge contained within will be activated as they just ask themselves the exam's question and the chip would easily pass the answer into their brain making them pass the exam without a single ounce of knowledge.

But with the man's ability,all those type of technologies has been rendered useless.Any type of cheating or looking at another's paper were easily handled as they all found themselves alone in a white hall.

This was an incredibly useful non-battle ability.Shane wasn't planning on cheating to pass the exams and he has never for once cheated so he wasn't even a bit nervous with the revelation.

"3.2.1 Go"

His hands immediately landed on the hovering tablet as he rapidly typed in the answers to the question.This was his final and last exam that'll determine whether he'll be able to attend a good awakening school that'll enable him to become something in Xavier.

But unknown to Shane,this was the beginning of a change in his fate.A change that'll forever change who he was.
