A necklace

Shane could feel his own heart pounding madly against his rib cage,as he was feeling very nervous.What would his father give to him for successfully becoming a Level one.A great and powerful sword or powerful technique that can enable him to now absorb dimensional energy.

Shane knew what he needed the most right now,so he prayed for it.They slowly arrived in the living room,as his mum placed her hands on a random wall.

"Open"

The wall slowly opened up,as Shane stood there with shock as he never knew of an opening being present there before.Looking into the place,he could see see flight of stairs that extended deeper into the ground.His mum grabbed a flaming stick present on the wall as she moved down the stairs while Shane followed closely behind her.

As they moved deeper into the ground,he could feel something strange about the place.The walls were made of bricks and radiate and ancient aura.Seeing a brick on a wall is close to impossible right now,as that was something that can be described as ancient even before the Invasion.But here it was again.

After about five minutes of descending down the stairs that looked like forever to Shane.They finally arrived in some top of room.Light green grass could be seen from the cracks on the ground.Around the place were different symbols etched into the walls glowing with different lights.

What caught most of his attention was the alter present in the middle of the hall.Different lines could be seen etched in its walls,as they glow with different multicolored light.

Levitating above the alter was a string attached to a beautiful blue coloured crystal in form of a necklace.Vather was surprised as he wondered why his father would leave him a necklace as his reward for being a Level one.Although the necklace was beautiful and pulsing with mysterious blue light,that is all it was,a necklace.

But a smile slowly emerged on Shane's lips as he could feel just how much his father really cared for him,and this was a good reminder that he always had a father who never forgot him.

Diana eyed scanned the room mostly focusing on the symbols as unknown to Vather her pupils have become a strange vertical line that was radiating a purple energy.She roamed her gaze in the symbols as muttered to herself.

"The symbols of Ancient elements present in the Absolute Cosmos.None have been explored to its full potential even till now."

Her snake like pupils gazed at the levitating necklace,but there was nothing amiss about it except for it being able to levitate in the air.

'All he left for him was a necklace.That necklace can't be ordinary but that's all there is to it.Before the eyes of chaos element nothing can be concealed' she thought to herself as her hands slowly reached for the necklace but she felt her hand completely pass through it as if there was nothing present.

Diana's frown grew deeper as her hands continuously passed through the necklace.She felt nothing as if her hands just pass through the air.She continued as she couldn't believe she wasn't even able to grab hold of the necklace until a voice emerged from behind.

"Mom since you said father left it for me then maybe I should give it a try."Shane said as he saw his mum was strangely a little hectic about not being able to grab hold the necklace.

"Ok"Diana nodded as she shifted to the side while Shane arrive before the platform.He slowly moved both hands beneath the blue necklace as it's blue light dimmed while gently landing on his open palm.Vather felt the necklace was warm,as he stared at his mother while holding it.

She gave him him a nod as he gently put the necklace over his neck.Shane felt a warm feeling as if he finally found what was his from the beginning,lost but has now been regained.

Giving his mother a nod,they slowly moved out of the place as they both arrived in the living room again.

Diana stared at the place once again as her purple eyes pierced through the entire ground to gaze at the room below.She found out that all the symbols have now been drained of light.

"Close" she muttered to herself as the place slowly closed.She head to her room, while Shame was already on his snoring loudly.

Next day

Shane arrived before the huge school gate as he entered into the place along with the students.

Star Bright Academy was the number one and only school in the entire sectorX.

Thousands of students were moving into the school gate most walking on twos or threes, gossiping with their friends.

Shane quickly weaved among the students as he quickly navigated his way to the class A.Since all students are to begin school at 13,and fusing with a beast core was best done at 16,then the school section was divided into three classes which are Class A,B and C with class C being the first years and class A the last year's.

Shane was already in his last years,with a total of 3.2Star points.To enter into a dimensional energy awakening school,then they need to gather star points,as that acts like key to entering your dream school.Different awakening school accept students based on their total number of star points, acting like some type of cut off marks for their admission.

There are many ways to gather Star points:

For being able to cultivate dimensional energy and your origin attunement level to at least 50%with your elements was already an automatic 2 star points for a student.Every ten percent increase is a 0.5 increase In Star points.That means a person with an origin attunement level of 90% was an automatic 4.0/5.0 star points.But a person with such a high level of attunement has never appeared in Star Bright or even SectorX before.

A second way is excelling in education faculty.Subjects like mathematics, physics and biology were thought in Xavier.And students could be awarded attunement points in accordance with how well they do in such subjects but this way of earning attunement point was very rare among the students as in a world with abilities.What you spent three years learning might be easily learned by a person with an ability of improved memory in seconds.

But Shane couldn't cultivate dimensional energy so that was his obvious only choice.To have a star points of 3.2 without any dimensional energy attunement show just how brilliant he is in the education faculty.But it wasn't enough for his dreams.The star points for his dream school, Guardians of Xavier was a minimum of 4.5/5.

Being the best awakening school in the entire world,then their star points would be expectedly high also.So he had no choice but to sit out of the school as he wasn't even close to the target.

Shane was moving through the buildings as he calculated he had around five more minutes of walking before arriving in his class when suddenly a fat arm held him around his stomach from behind as Shane was easily raised high up into the air as if he was just a feather.
