“Stop!” Erin yelled out and Ethan looked at her with a hardened expression. A knife was held to her neck, while she was being held captive.

“Ethan… They killed them.” She said and tears streamed down her eyes. Ethan saw that there were two other men beside her apart from the one holding her captive. Where did they come from, because he hadn’t seen them. Also, he saw blood trailing from the office and the knife being held was covered in blood.

Ethan realized that those captives he hid with Erin had been killed and again, his heart sank. He had hoped he would be able to save those children and now they were killed brutally and Erin was being held but then he kept his cool.
