Just then they both disappeared into thin air.

In an empty white spaced void, Tahir could be seen looking at two people who looked purely alike with him, one was sitting on a swivel chair while the other was standing.

Who the hell are you two? Tahir asked the two strangers who were intercepting in his void.

I don't get what you mean Tahir replied.

He was a little bit calmed now .

What I'm trying to say is, we are everything about you, we went through everything together, we weren't just able to come out and be here, but somehow the system managed to push us out allowing us to appear here.

Taking his place back on the chair, Tahir's eyes snapped back to life immediately.

He could notice he was in a different environment.

The walls of the halls were made of glass so they could all see outside, the outside plain looked like an airport as flying fighter jets were all landing, flying cars and cranes were powered.

Mech were all moving around cleaning the jets, the amount of techs here wasn't realized to the masses yet.

All the new recruits had their mouths wide open.

Looking around Tahir noticed some sculptures of the Aliens and of some random people, the sculpture was telling a story, probably the first war story.

After the first war with the Alien race, the humans had managed to make leaps in all sorts of technological fields. This was because they had almost died, so they had started pushing themselves harder to prepare the coming of another war, just Incase the needs arise again.

Looking at other students Tahir noticed they were all in military uniforms.

A camo green shirt and trousers with some strips of black and light green.

Hearing some beeping sounds, Tahir checked his wrist and saw a wrist watch attached to his wrist.

Placed on your wrists are some sort of identification, with this watch you would be identified as a student of this military academy. Transferring of funds to your Respective Money card can also be done using the watch, the watch also serves as a tracker to track you just in case anything happened. Remember your safety is also our priority. I almost forgot to mention it shows your power level. Sergeant Bulky said as the name on this tag states.

Bulky was another officer who was sent to address them.

It sounded to Tahir like he was speaking some sort of riddles , and from the confusion on the other students' faces, he was sure he was not the only one having difficulty understanding what the man was saying."

"Sigh, here I thought I was going to stay away from the bullying, and now power level is showing, being a level one ability user was the main cause of the bullies from my previous school, I guess I just have to go with the flow. Tahir said to himself.

Why don't you just snap the neck of those bullies? Shawn screamed into Tahir's head.

Tahir almost screamed back when he heard the voice in his head.

"Stop scaring me bro, it is not an everyday thing to see people living in your head.

Besides, we can't go around snapping people's neck" Tahir replied to Shawn.

"Weaklings" was all that Shawn mumbled.

"We will immediately begin testing your respective levels. Don't move until you are called forward, understand?!" Bulky shouted with a smile on his face and everyone just nodded. The sergeant looked frightening with his smile. It was completely contradicting his hard face. "Good luck!"

When the ability first came to earth, it left a lot of people in confusion.

Ability came in different types, ranging from the most popular ones, which is the elemental ability, not only was it the most popular, but also part of the strongest ones.

Ability strengths depend on the MC cells in one's body. The MC cells in one's body also predict how many abilities a person could have.

The double ability users were very popular, having double ability doesn't just mean you would be stronger than a single ability user.

The strength of an ability not only depends on the MC cell but also by the human body, the MC cells grow wider and stronger by how you train, how far you are from your final limit.

The military came up with a plan on how to differentiate between the strongest to the weakest and that is how power level came to be.

They were differentiated from 1,2,3... All the way to 12. But it was rare to see a level 12 in the academy.

There are actually two ways to get an ability. The first one is an original, an original ability is mostly stronger than the rest. The second way to get an ability is through an ability book. The book not only teaches you how to get an ability, but also how to grow stronger.

When Tahir's parents died, he was left with no one. He was all by himself, and was unable to purchase an ability book. until the shadow fang took him in. The shadow fang are a set of Strong non ability users who came together to form a sect. They don't indulge in the world's problems, unless a strong ability user is going about distributing the world's peace.

They are simply known as assassins. They have a secret power that could tank almost everything, the power is called qi . The strength of a qi user mostly depends on the amount and quantity of qi in one's body. qi is simply known and regarded as a life force.

Tahir was the strongest assassin in the shadow fang. But as ordered by his master he went to the city to attend school. How he got enrolled into a military academy Is still a puzzle.

Sergeant Bill was standing in front of all the students, calling out names in groups of five.

Tahir thought finally he would be able to get strong, at least he could show them his ability, the only problem was how to activate the ability.

He was still in deep thought when his system pop-up a prompt.

Just like the previous time, his entire body felt weak and heavy.

Tahir discovered the glass wasn't blocking the UV rays from hitting him. The glass was too transparent to tank the sun's power, thus resulting in his vampire instincts kicking in.

" Shit how I'm going to take this test now, " Tahir asked himself.

Calm down boy, who knows maybe where y'all are going to take the test would be somehow away from the sun, Shaw replied.

That was another option Tahir hadn't considered though.

Looking around Tahir made eye contact with a boy around this age with red hair waving at him. I don't remember having any friends, Tahir murmured to himself.

Eventually the boy came to Tahir introducing himself as Kris.

My name is Kris, I thought since I saw you all alone I could tag with you, that if you are alright with that. He asked while maintaining eye contact with Tahir.

No problem, I'm fine with it. I'm Tahir by the Way. Tahir answered with his usual cold stare.

Just when Kris was about to continue talking they heard names for the test being called out.
