Everything was dark as if there wasn't any light in the world, Benjamin scanned left and right but all that he saw was the neverending darkness that awaits him. He tried raising his leg to move forward but as his leg landed, his feet touched the cold dark water that was in the dungeon.

That's when the scent went through his nostrils. Beneath his legs was a thick and cloying stench that seemed to seep into every crevice of the dungeon. It was a mix of sweat, mildew, and rotting food.
