We emerged from the narrow passage, our minds still grappling with the guardian's cryptic warning, and found ourselves in a vast, dimly lit cavern. Stalactites hung from the ceiling like ancient teeth, and a river of crystalline water cut through the center, its gentle gurgling echoing softly.
