Chapter Ninety-Six.

At the Asher’s group, Mandy was seated behind her desk at the office when the mini speaker at the top of her desk buzzed.

‘ma’am, there are people here to see you. General Jayden Thompson and Mr. Jordan Smith. Should I send them in?’

Mandy reached for a button and clicked on it.

“Let them in and let no one disturb us with the exception of Declan Kings.” Mandy said.

She closed the work on her laptop and shut it when her office door opened.

Jayden and Jordan walked into the office, closing the door behind them.

“General Thompson, Mr. Smith. It's nice to see you this morning.” She said, rising to her feet and ushering them to the office lounge. “Please, take a seat.” They all sat down and Mandy raised her head to Jordan before turning to the general.

“To what do I owe the pleasure? Last I checked I was meant to be off your radar.” She said standing and walking towards a fridge at the side of the room.

“Does anyone care for a drink?”

“A scotch will do.” Jayden answered with a smile.
