Chapter One Hundred and Eight.

"Know what?" May looked from Mandy to Declan.

"Uhm.. you know, he is a—"

"I have a little knowledge about medicine." Declan said cutting Mandy short.

"Oh.. so you want to take a look at them?" May asked with hope.

"Of course. But only if you permit me."

"Go ahead. Not like I have a choice."

May slumped back into the sofa.

"How long till their next check up?"

Declan asked, rolling up the sleeve of his shirt."

"20 minutes."

"That would be enough." He nodded and walked up to Clara.

Just like any other hospital room, there was a mini walk in lab so Declan went in and took the equipment he needed and got to work immediately.

He swapped Clara and Ashley's vital senses like the nose, tongue and ear. He took the sample into the lab and began to work on them. After about 16 minutes, he came out soaked in sweat.

"Did you find anything?" May and Mandy asked in unison with expectations.

"It was indeed a hard nut to crack but I think I have a lead." Declan announced and the two women sighe
