Chapter One Hundred and Fifty-Nine.

Declan walked up to one of the thugs. The thug was still alive but in great pain, grabbing onto his head and belly.

Declan used his leg to adjust the man and faced him up.

“Who sent you here”

“I uhm…. Ahh… plea—” The man started saying gibberish.

“Answer me!” Declan growled and the man flinched.

“I don’t know… our boss just gathered us and we— ahh!” The man howled, flinching at the pain that struck through his body. Declan’s leg was on his abdomen and he pressed him to the floor.

“Do you have a death wish? huh? You have your last chance!”

The man began to cough due to the pressure on his abdomen.

“Alright sir, please don’t kill me—just check my— back pocket” The man stuttered and Declan narrowed his eyes.

Declan did not check the man’s pocket; rather, he checked that of the dead thug laying at the head side of the man.

Inside the dead man’s pocket was a crest with the Inscription “JK”. Without showing any expression, Declan put the crest in his back pocket. He lifted his leg fro
