Chapter Two Hundred and Three.
Blood drained from Declan's face. He shook his head to the side, his disagreement evident in his face and the way his eyes popped.

"You won't touch her."

Declan said in a low grit and his master cocked his head to the side in surprise.

"Are you challenging me, your master now?"

"Yes— I mean no!"

Declan clenched his fist at his stutter, shutting his eyes tightly. His heart raced in his chest. This was his master and he ought to be careful if he wanted Mandy to live.

He flipped his eyes open, a new fierceness in it as he held his mater's gaze with all seriousness.

"Just say the word. I will do whatever you ask of me but please don't harm her."

Declan pleaded keenly.

"Hmm.."

The master sighed and started to circle around a spot before he came to a halt.

"You have 5 days to revive your mother and introduce her back to the world."

"What? Five days is too short. I have not found the other herbs for her antidotes and there are other matters I have at hand."
