CHAPTER 22

The challenge that Alex and Lee faced next, was that not only did they not know which key exactly was the key to Abigail's room, but they also had to search through not one but at least three bunches of keys laying on the kitchen counter.

The maids must have dropped their different bunches of keys when coming in to work, in order not to risk losing them in the course of cooking, or maybe losing a key down the drain.

"So what do we do now, Lex?" Lee inquired and awaited for Alex's response, both men watched in silence, letting their eyes, roam around the room.

One of the men in Chef's attire turned and faced the door, using his hands to give instructions that were too inaudible for Alex and Lee to hear clearly— to his subordinates in the kitchen. Alex and Lee hide behind the walls outside the kitchen door on either side, in order to avoid being seen.
