“Hello, this is Nathan Montgomery, I got your contact from someone who happened to inform me that you are selling a property that I have an interest in buying,”

Nathan said when the man whom the manager had given him his number took the call. He went straight to the point because it was already late at night and he didn’t want to waste time beating about the bush. All he wanted was to set up a meeting with the seller.

“Which property are you interested in?”

The deep voice echoed over the phone.

“The hotel, I hear it is on sale and you haven’t gotten many buyers. I would like to offer you more than your current buyer is offering, if you don’t mind setting up a meeting with me so that we can meet in person and talk business. I am ready to pay too,”

Nathan offered. He already checked to make sure he would have enough money and yes, he had enough. He was a billionaire even though he recently made a huge purchase, the income entering his account weekly was bigger than his spending power
