Chapter 01 – The Raid.

Abandoned city buildings within a radius of tens of kilometers became an unpleasant sight, unkempt buildings unkempt without human activity above the sky, a helicopter unit with a futuristic design bearing the wolf logo seemed to be flying fast over the city. When the back door opened wide, a group of sophisticated, armed cyborg troops came into view. There were a total of twelve people, a man wearing futuristic armor took the lead, free-falling from a great height, which was immediately followed by eleven others.

They plunged without any protection from dozens of feet. Everything landed roughly on the surface, to be precise, in front of a building that was suspected to be the location of the city's rebel troops living, a large building consisting of several floors. Four people landed on the roof of the building, the rest landed around the building.

“Alpha, Beta, Gamma, move. Take down all enemies.” Nouelvaegnr or his nickname is Nouel, gives orders to all members of his team. Through a communication that could only be captured by a special channel, the man spoke to everyone.

“Copy that.” all gave answers, one by one the cyborg troop immediately moved forward. From above, it was clear that the troops were walking with wide strides, automatically dispersing, laying siege.

Some were seen running towards the back door, some towards the side of the building. Everything moves organized.

“Enemies are known to be numerous, have complete weapons, be careful. We will move as quickly as possible, take down all enemies without hesitation. Try not to get killed.” The captain again gave instructions to all his subordinates.

Thereafter, he turned to another man who landed with him. “A4 stands in position, disables enemy communications and devices.”

“Copy that.” One of the men who landed on the roof immediately opened the device he was carrying on his back, activating the computer hologram that was created. He who has code A1 immediately does his job, hacking with a wide radius, namely the entire building area.

“A2, A3 follow me.” Nouel ordered again, then the other two followed behind, A2 who was the only woman among them, immediately activated the tracking sensor system on her eyes so that the vision she got was more effective. The woman is named Vera, a cyborg who is always beside Nouel, the team captain.

When the three of them entered the building from above, there were successive gunshots from below, to be precise from the courtyard, the sound of many shots coming from the rebels because the sound of the cyborg's weapons did not produce a loud sound. The sound of successive shots indicated that the raid had begun, and the enemy had welcomed their arrival.

“We are already known.” Vera muttered as she kept moving, looking around while keeping her gun aimed, ready to fire at any moment.

“Yes, keep moving.” Nouel replied, he sounded firm and focused. Vera and A3, or his real name is Blaicer didn't say anything, they kept moving, faster than Nouel so they were now moving at the front, as if they were clearing the lane for Nouel.

Another man who had previously carried out the hack was immediately in touch. “A4 is coming in, the communication device has been deactivated, the vehicle's engines are in neutral, the enemy will not be able to call for help and will not be able to escape.” A4 or the cyborg man's real name is Drax immediately gave a report.

“Report received, continue mission.”

“Copy that,” Drax replied, then added a report. “One more thing, Captain, it looks like there are some traps insides, it will take me a few minutes to neutralize all the traps.”

“I leave it to you.”

“Copy that. You put it in good hands.”

After successfully entering the building from the roof door, Nouel and his two subordinates did not immediately find the enemy, their vision system also had not received a heat source, which is a sign of human presence.

They jumped down from the top floor, then walked down the hall. The visualized screen from Nouel's helmet visor immediately activated, mapping out all the buildings they were attacking in bright blue and two-dimensional models. The picture also immediately shows twelve blue dots, spreading all over the building, then many red dots numbering a few dozen, indicating that the number of enemies is that many, one by one the red dots within the blue dot's radius begin to disappear.

It was a sign that Team Wolf was taking down one by one the enemies they saw. So far, the raid mission they carried out went well.

“All of this…too normal, isn't this a trap?” Nouel spoke inside his head while watching that development.

After seeing these conditions, the screen immediately switches to focus mode so that each area being viewed can be visualized clearly.

The screen that appeared in live view showed red with the shape of a human body far enough away that it was only the size of a little finger, before Nouel had the chance to say anything, the two underlings immediately rushed forward. It was likely that they had also seen the presence of some of those enemies. Blaicer and Vera started shooting when they entered the room, the gunshots they produced sounded smooth and released red light, instead of ordinary bullets, the two cyborgs moved fast so that the guards and the people who were there immediately fell before he could put up a fight, Nouel didn't even get a chance to open fire.

Blaicer and Vera moved so fast, several times faster and agile than humans, they jumped a long-distance downwards, not going down the stairs one by one, when they arrived in the hall, the two immediately fired consecutive shots while running fast, shots that released the two cyborgs were so accurate that every single shot that was fired immediately knocked the enemy down. Nouel just follows from behind, not getting the part to shoot the enemy.

They continued to move quickly down the stairs, then fired consecutive shots at every opponent they came across. Until some time later, when they arrived at a room, Nouel opened fire succeeding at two snipers who were aiming at a window. In a pause of one second, the two men fell.

“Wow, I didn't see that one,” Blaicer said, turning to the fallen sniper.

“Stay focused,” replied Nouel a little reprimanding.

“Copy that.” After answering, Blaicer resumed his movement, now more focused than ever, he resumed his brisk half-run.

Vera herself immediately fired several shots in the direction of the hall, where several people were coming. They were instantly reduced to corpses after the bullets that were fired directly hit each other's heads, all of them were killed within just a second of stepping into that place.

“Clear,” Vera muttered under her breath while looking around, the system didn't scan for enemies within a close radius. His weapon remained well aimed, he didn't lower his guard.

“How's the situation outside?” Nouel asked his team members who were still shooting in the front yard.

“We finished in the yard. The enemy is completely secured.” B1 or his real name is Veliant answered from the other side.

“The back door has been breached, we have taken down the enemy,” said G1 or his real name Azrael giving an answer.

“Good, keep moving!" cried Nouel.

“Copy that.” The two men answered in unison.

When Nouel and his two subordinates were about to continue moving, they suddenly stopped, without any known cause, all of them experienced a strong headache, making the three of them stop moving then knelt down far away releasing the weapons they were holding, they held each other's heads.
