CHAPTER 70

It was noon, time to go for lunch, and Calvin emerged from his room for the first time since morning. He walked slowly, taking in his surroundings. When he reached the cafeteria, the man who troubled him every day smiled widely, surprising many of the prisoners, as this man was usually feared. As the man entered, many prisoners bowed in respect, but Calvin remained seated, calmly continuing to eat his food.

"Hey, pretty boy, so you still haven't figured out how to survive in here like your mates?" Calvin was startled by the man's voice, which rumbled from behind. He remembered him, so he didn't bother to turn around and continued eating his food.

Seeing this as an act of disrespect, the man quickly moved closer to reprimand the young boy. He threw a punch in anger, but what happened next shocked everyone inside. With lightning speed, Calvin spun around where he sat, grabbed the hand aimed at him, and forcefully twisted it, delivering a powerful punch that caused the man's hand to bend
