"What, Gavin? Why would you have me do that?" Thomas asked, shocked at Gavin's prescription on how to deal with the man.

"You do not have to judge me like that, Thomas" Gavin replied, falling back into his chair and having his arms sprawl out over it. " Can't you hear what he is saying? He does not believe that you are Thomas Winnicks. How do you think you are going to be able to prove it to him? By calling him on the one once again? No. You have to show him that you have the power to ruin his life. From there he would know that the person who just called him, is Thomas Winnicks, and he means business."

This was what Gavin was willing to do, the length he was willing to go through, just to see his wife out of jail. Thomas looked at his eyes and saw that he was really serious about getting Meghan freed.

"Well, fine,then" Thomas said. "If it's power he wants to see, then power he must get. You should understand this, don't you? But I certainly will not be ruining his life for anything.
