46. Caught by the Police

"Good afternoon, Mr. Andre."

"Y-you guys. What do you want to do here?"

Andre's face immediately turned pale, he did not expect that police officers would come to his house. People who feel they have committed a crime will definitely feel scared when they see the police. So did Andre. When he saw the two people in brown uniforms, he immediately thought that they had come to arrest him.

"Excuse me, Mr. Andre, we came here because we want to arrest you on charges of kidnapping, attempted disappearance, and also corruption. This is our arrest warrant."

The police officer then gave a piece of paper as proof of Andre's arrest warrant. Andre shook his head quickly when he read the letter.

"No, I didn't. You guys don't make things up. I really didn't do it."

Andre denied all the accusations written in the letter. However, the police officer was not affected by Andre's words.

"You can say that later at the police station. Just call your lawyer. Now you have to come with us!"
