This was an incredibly dangerous mental technique, there were mental abilities that put consciousness to sleep, stimulated emotions, or even altered thoughts and memories, but sealing the emissions was hands down the most dangerous of mind-altering abilities.

No matter what mental ability it is, even the simplest of them can lead to the destruction of a person's consciousness.

Sealing emotions is said to make a person immune to mind altering abilities since without emotions it is impossible to alter a clear mind without ripples, but the risk is so high that it was not worth trying this method unless one I was desperate.
