Hundred and Fifty-Six

“You can’t force them to have a conversation with each other,” Chelsey’s voice jolted Lyon out of his thoughts and he sighed.

The day was over already and all of his attempts to get Abraham and Asher to talk to or get along with each other went down the drain.

He had done everything humanly possible, everything he could but somehow, he seemed to be driving a wedge between them.

He never grew up with a father so he couldn’t help but wonder why Asher would want to throw away his relationship with his father over a misunderstanding.

“I just don’t understand why they won’t talk to each other,” Lyon sighed as he rested against the couch properly, “if they won’t interject with each other then why did he come in the first place?” Lyon added.

“I’m guessing he came because he had no other choice, the organization stationed him to be with you so I’m guessing that’s it.” Chelsey responded.
