Elliot didn’t say anything but deep within him he was seething with rage, he was now sure that Lyon knew he was the one who shot him.

He was also sure that Lyon knew that he was working for Nicola now but the last thing Elliot wanted was to play right into his hand.

He had to think of something, a way to throw Lyon off course and he wondered why Lyon suspected him, why he didn’t suspect other people.

“Of everyone in this organization,” Elliot started talking, “of everyone that could’ve been the traitor, you chose to place your bet on me?”

“And that too on a two percent chance that I could be the traitor?” Elliot sneered and Elen only watched as it unfolded.

“I’ve been working in this organization for over a decade without doing anything that goes against the code of conduct and you’re suspecting me?” Elliot asked.

Lyon didn’t say anything as a smile tugged on the side of his lips, he didn’t want to talk too much when he was sure.
