Dylan wiped the sweat that formed on his forehead as he climbed over the medium-sized gate of Mordor. As soon as his feet touched the earth, he looked back at the gate he had just climbed and shook his head. It wasn't as easy as he thought.He had been riding all night ever since he left Caliste's cottages, so he will make it to Mordor by dawn. King Cassius was shocked beyond explanation at the scene in front of him. Ever since the war between the ancient gods and his people, he had never received visitors. He didn't need to go to the outside world before he knew that Mordor was extinct to them. Rey Reed Smith galloped on his horse, racing to the outskirts of the middle land, flanked by Garry, Gaius, and Linda Boston. They were all riding hard beside him; all of them were determined and ready to fight, and they wanted to finish Dylan once and for all.Even though it was a suicide attempt, they didn't care. A woman appeared amidst the chaos, holding a big book in her hand and murmuring some audible words.The woman let go of the book, and it started floating in the air. She stretched her hand, drawing somatic spells, and blew air with her mouth. Instantly, a page from the book was forcefully removed, and it went flying in the air, rotating around dozens of skeletons. Before the blink of an eye, the earth parted and swallowed the skeletons."Magic indeed," Rey said, forcing his way out of the skeletons that surrounded him.Rey watched as the woman brought out a wand from the inner pocket of her robe and flipped it. A whirlwind blew across the desert floor, followed by thousands of books, which formed a portal. This continues for several minutes; the book keeps forming a large portal, and it eventually becomes the center of attention. The few foot soldiers from both sides that were near the area halted the battle and then focused on the new scene.Three minutes later, five beings emerged out of the portal. The loud wailing and mournful aura of the palace revive Rey back to reality. His world was black, spinning, and revolving. He could feel his head banging hard, aching as if something hard had been used to knock his skull.As Rey kept coming back alive, his vision started getting clearer, as did the wailing and mourning of people. Their noise keeps getting into his head, disrupting his brain, and causing his headache to increase."He's alive!" He heard people gasping, and he looked clueless.Rey dragged his body to a sitting position, and he could hear people gasping in shock. That made him ignore all the pain he was feeling in his body and rest his back on the wall behind him.
