Tommy watched with satisfaction as Eleanor was slapped by their grandfather. Seizing the moment, he added fuel to the fire: "Grandfather, I think Eleanor is showing less and less respect for you. Maybe we should strip her of her position as Chief Inspector and send her down to the grassroots level in the marketing department for a few years. Let her endure some hardship so she'll realize how kind you've been to her."

"Exactly, Grandfather. Tommy is right. Eleanor has become too arrogant because of the favor you've shown her these past years. She should be sent down to the lower ranks for some proper training.” Laurie chimed in, her eyes gleaming with mockery and smugness.

Mr. Marshall pondered for a moment, then firmly tapped his cane on the ground, his voice cold as he said: “Do as Tommy suggested. From today, Eleanor is relieved of her position as Chief Inspector and will be transferred to the grassroots level of the marketing department. She'll start from scratch!"
