Maureen can't stop her tears from falling as she still can't believe that one of her beloved patient is gone. She was just talking to Grandpa few hours ago. They shared a simple conversation about love. He was smiling, giving her advices about love, and they also shared some laughs. She thought that it was just a simple conversation that day.

She also noticed that Grandpa is having a hard time to breathe, and if she only forced him to go to the hospital, he would still be alive today.

She is now deeply hurting when because she lost another loved one for the second time. This pain is almost the same at the time she lost Archie. She can't help but wonder why her loved ones are disappearing. She feels so alone again...
