Mueller and Abby were now at the home of Byron Haas the following day, since Abby was unable to trace Gabriel.

Byron had welcomed them warmly and they were all sitting in his parlor together with Kevin Hodge who Byron had invited to bear witness of what they were about to say.

After a drink was presented before Mueller and Abby by one of the maidservants of Byron, and Mueller had just taken a little sip from the cup.

Byron asked, "You said there was something of high importance which you wanted to tell me?"

"Yes, there is." Mueller drops the cup. "We found Ronald's son. He was at our home yesterday."

"Please sir, don't joke with matters like this." Byron said, giving Mueller the maximum respect he needed as an elderly man.

"You know I cannot joke with matters like this? Gabriel is name."

"How did you know that Gabriel is the son of Ronald? The people from Gytle said Ronald's son died with him in the attack." Kevin said.

"I'm sure they had their reasons for lying. Gabriel was asking after Ronald. And after I gave him the answers he needed, I realized that he was his son, and that was what prompted him to come to Tadeas to find out about his father and why he was killed."

"He also admitted with his mouth," Abby added.

Then Byron and Kevin stared at each other and Mueller could pretty tell that they were thinking in the same direction. But he had to stay calm and observe quietly.

After a few minutes of stare of Byron and Kevin, they both turned to Mueller and Abby.

"Can you describe Gabriel to us?"

"He is young, about twenty years old. He has a gentle look but not when he is serious about something."

"He is of average height, light skin with brown eyes?" Kevin interrupted Mueller's description.

"Yes, you've seen him before , right?" Mueller was surprised as to how Kevin knew of that description.

"We saw him at the scene when we went to Gytle. He was the only living soul we found there." Byron answered Mueller.

"In that case, our stress has been lifted. We shall leave you to find him since you can identify him without us?"

"Of course, but you will have to tell us where he was headed after he left your home."

"That we don't know. But I think he should be headed towards Ceevah because he seeks revenge for his father."

"Thank you very much for the information. We shall take it from here." Byron appreciated Mueller and his granddaughter as they exchanged handshakes and then they departed from the room.

After Mueller and Abby were gone, Byron said to Kevin, "You heard them? The quest is yours to find Gabriel."

"Yes my lord," Kevin bowed and left.

Now Gabriel was wandering in the city of Gilroy in Tadeas. He had come down to Gilroy after finding out that they were the ones who took the corpse of his father. So he needed to know what they did with it, even though he knew from the beginning that their intention was bad.

He had two cities in mind, first was the city of Ceevah which was responsible for the death and also Gilroy which had taken the corpse of his father for evil intentions. The leaders of Mayca and Cyb were not in his death list because they had not done anything to warrant his wrath, if at all he had any.

Gabriel decided not to go to Ceevah for the time being because there was a serious search in the city for the one from Gytle.

It has already been four days since he left the place of Mueller without a trace and these while he had been in Gilroy, cooking up a plan which could never be perfect for his revenge.

Kevin who had embarked on the quest to find Gabriel along with Gross and Riggs who happened to be part of those that had seen him in Gytle with them.

They had searched the whole of Ceevah without finding him, so they moved to the western city of Tadeas, which was the city of Gilroy where Gabriel was hiding.

Kevin, Gross and Riggs were wandering the city in disguise because if they were found by the soldiers of Gilroy, then they would surely be caught because of the war and enmity between the cities. They had taken a very risky move to wander the city of their enemies, and they were very lucky to have wandered around Ceevah without being spotted, so there was no doubt that they would also finish their assignment in Gilroy.

But it happened that at their entry to Gilroy, they were easily identified despite their disguise. Soon, the soldiers of Gilroy began searching for them because they were the major threat from Mayca, especially Kevin Hodge.

Not minding that they were being searched for in the Gilroy, they still refused to leave the city until they had surveyed the whole land. They were well trained experts in what they do, both when it came to spying and violence, so it was difficult for their pursuers to catch them.

While they were on the run from their pursuers, they came to meet the young man who they were looking for in the city.

As Gabriel sighted running towards the place where he was, he instantly recognized their faces and was moved to run.

It was as a result of his flight that drew the attention of Kevin, Gross and Riggs. So the being full of wisdom knew that he had run at their sight because he was guilty, so they followed him as they lost their pursuers.

While they ran after, they discovered that he was the one they were looking for, but Gabriel was faster than them. He outran them and they lost him.

"Shit…! Where did he go?" Riggs was panting heavily. They were standing at a spot which was divided into several routes and they were unable to tell which direction he took.

"We should get off the road before we're spotted again." Kevin looked around the possible routes which Gabriel must have used to escape.

"He can't run forever. We are going to find him no matter what." Gross comments as they left the road into the woods.

Gabriel was still running through the woods when he realized that he had lost those who were after him. So he forcefully stopped running and fell to the ground, breathing heavily as he looked around to be sure no one was still pursuing him.

"H-How…. How did they find me? They said they were from Mayca. What are they doing here in Gilroy? Could it be that they lied to me?" He stopped questioning himself, still breathing heavily as he thought over the questions he asked himself.

After a while, he said out the answers to those questions, "I get now. They lied about where they were from… but how is that possible? They left before the soldiers of Gilroy came and took my father's dead body."

He was still deep in his contemplation when he had some sounds approaching the spot where he was. It sounded like people silently wanting to compass him. So he did not take any chances, to wait and confirm if his thoughts were right. He quickly got up from the ground and continued his escape.

I do not know what to think about them again. They seem harmful and harmless at the same time. So I came to you to see if there was any way you could help me with some details about them."With the sound of that, Mueller and Abby were no longer in the much pressure which they were feeling at first. He still did not know what they had done. So Mueller had to help him with the details he was asking for, but first he must tell him of their actions so he won't be disappointed when he hears it from another mouth."Gabriel, there is something you need to know."Gabriel knew from his tune that what he was about to tell him was not t

When the signing and positioning of the generals were done, four eldest men of Tadeas, one from each city each stood out to make the announcement of who the new king will be, for it was a tradition in Tadeas that the eldest men from each city will come together to put the crown on the head of every new king, and they will pray him before and after doing this, asking that the gods will grant them the wisdom to lead the country in the right and appropriate way that will be pleasing to the whole nation. So the elders held their hands together as they prayed for the crown and the throne, asking that it would not control the king but rather the king should control it. Afterwards, they called forth Dylan Ryan, who the whole people had gathered to watch him being crowned. While he walked up to meet these men, he looked at Gabriel and was surprised that he hadn't brought out the scepter yet, so his mind was beginning to calm down, as he inhaled and exhaled rapidly while climbing up to the thr

In the city of Mayca, at the house of Byron Haas, the message which Sebastian had sent by means of his raven bird got to the soldiers at the gate, and they took it out from the bird, letting it fly back to its city. They knew that every message that came to them by that means and pattern was for lord Byron Haas so they did not bother checking it to confirm who it was for before sending it to Byron, who was still making arrangements for the next day's event. "My lord, there is a message for you." The guard said as he came before Byron. Then she turned and looked at the soldier before asking, "Who is it from?""Lord Sebastian of Gilroy."Then he took the note from his hand to read its contents only to see the inscription that it was not for him, rather it was for Gabriel. So he said to the soldier that had brought. "Take this to Gabriel, he is the one it's for and not me." Then he took it as he confirmed whether it was for Gabriel, before apologizing. In the city of Cyb, as the day for the coronation of Dylan Ryan drew closer than ever, that was the same his curiosity and anxiety grew the most. He was not as happy as he ought to be because he was still unable to figure out the plan which Byron and Gabriel had. Even though he had made sure his army was strong enough to defend him in case of violence, he still feared that there would not be any march for the plan that Byron had made. His greatest anger was that he had no power backing him up this time and even with the warning of the spirit of the witch, he still did not want to as she had told him. He was bent on winning by all means, but he could already sense failure in the plan he had made.Sensing failure was not still enough to tell him to give up the throne, a greater part of him was telling him that there was no plot against him being crowned king over Tadeas, because his spies had not brought any word telling him such, it was still a presumption in his heart there was a plan

Byron had to speak again, "For the last time, we don't have any plan of which we need your help for it to succeed. In short, there is no plan at all to stop the coronation. Since you and Monroe Howard have refused to come to the realization that Gabriel is the only king Tadeas should have at this point, then he would not fight for any throne. So Byron had to come in without allowing him to go further. "Yes, that reminds me, did you tell Monroe about it? And what was his response?""No, I did not tell him about this because he does not know anything about this, so I did not see the need to disturb him with it because he would not understand a signal word that will come from my mouth.""That means you literally have not done anything about what you know that will lead this country to its doom?""Yes. I did not do anything because there is nothing I can single handedly do. I asked for your help yet you did not consent to it. You are very justified to think that way but then I have to tell you that none of what you said is correct, nor is it even close to the true reason why we were in your lands.""Then speak up. Wagner said. All their attention shifted to theen that had been brought before them. Then Byron said as he suspected something far different from what Monroe had been telling them since they arrived there. "I know you very well Monroe, you are quick to anger and will never let such crime go unpunished, so tell me, why haven't you asked for the execution of these men?" Then they were happy, thinking that he had thought about what they told him concerning using Abby to get Gabriel to come there. So they stopped and looked at him."Untie her." He commanded. So they loosed the ropes used to tie her hands, also the blindfold was taken off including the mouth which had been covered. Then she could see lord Monroe Howard and she knew that he was innocent of the crime which his men had done because she had heard what he said to them. When she was now loose, Monroe said to her. "What is your name, young lady?""My name is Abby, my lord.""Abby, please forgive my men, they had acted stupidly. I did not give the order to bring you here, instead they had acted on their own will and I am greatly against it. They will take you back home safely. I am truly sorry for the stress it has put you through.""It's okay my lord. Thank you for not adhering to their suggestions. You have proved yourself to be a man of honor and good standard."
