THE TRAP

John and Terry had been in the midst of a fierce battle with the Grauki Beasts on the rooftop of the Drexler Company. But after intense fighting, they had finally managed to defeat all of them and were now headed down through the door on the roof.

The door was heavy and rusty, creaking as they pushed it open. They descended a metal ladder leading into a dimly lit room with many tunnels leading underground. The smell of damp earth and the sound of running water greeted them. Taking a deep breath, they picked one of the tunnels and began descending down, hoping to find a way into the command center of the Drexler laboratory.

The tunnels were narrow, winding, and dark. The walls were rough and moist, and the ground slippery. As they progressed down the tunnel, their sensitive ears picked up sounds that felt unusual. A faint hum grew louder, the echoes of footsteps and voices could be heard in the distance. They sensed that there was something sinister and something exciting that lay ahea
