HE KNOWS THE CULPRIT

Cade lost control of his vehicle after being slammed from the side. He was trying to get the car back under control when he was slammed again, this time from behind and he smacked his head against the steering wheel. Blood began to flow down the side of his face and the car swerved out of the main road onto a side street and crashed against a wall. The airbag inflated and prevented him from smacking his head against the steering again or worse, the glass window.

Cade groaned and removed his seatbelt, then forced the half smashed car door open and got out of the car. He leaned on the wall for support and turned to find a way out before his attackers would come for him. He heard a car stop and footsteps coming in his direction but he was wounded and couldn’t run. He immediately contacted Macaulay.

“I’ve been ambushed. I can’t talk for long. Track me through my phone’s location, I’ll try to keep it on me for as long as I can before they take it, just in case their aim is to kidnap me.” H
