CHAPTER 156

Oliver and Carter stood outside the back of the computer technology building, watching the flames spread rapidly. The heat was intense, and the smell of smoke filled the air. Firefighters were already on the scene, spraying water and trying to contain the blaze.

"What a mess," Carter said, shaking his head as he surveyed the damage.

"Looks like someone really wanted to make a statement," Oliver replied, his eyes fixed on the raging inferno.

"I have a feeling I know who's behind this," Carter said ominously.

Oliver raised an eyebrow. "Oh really? Do you care to elaborate?"

Carter let out a deep sigh. "It's our biggest competitor. They've been trying to edge us out of the market for months now. I wouldn't be surprised if they were responsible for this."

Oliver frowned. "Do you have any proof?"

Carter shook his head. "Not yet, but I'm sure we'll find something. Maybe we can retrieve some security footage or something."
