Chapter 23

Xander and his assistant enters the elevator that brought them to the eighth floor. They walked down the hallway in search for room 805, the room reserved under Mike's name.

Xander swiped the master key on the door and it clicked open. They stepped into the suite and were hit with a strong vanilla scent. The living room was nicely decorated, adding some features for newly wedded couples. The person they were in search for was absent so they went to the bedroom.

Xander gestured for Hunter to stay at the door while he went in. He heard the shower running in the bathroom station g that one or both of them where in there. He walked further in, the vanilla scent was now mixed with musky scent that he suspected was from Mike's decorant.

He took a slight turn and saw Hermia who sat in front of her dresser to remove the make up and tend to her bruises. Randy wasn't joking about her victory on Hermia's face. He watched her hiss and cussed when she mistakenly brush over the bruise.
