" okay, the files you requested. Good thing, I brought them here." Ana responded.

" Good"

" But I don't get it, what do you need Sir Chen's files for? "Ana's brows expressed her surprise.

Mello smiled without saying a word, joining her in eating the snacks on the table.

" It's simple, Ana. I need him on my team " he said, munching on another snack.

Ana smiled, confused.

" Why, Mello? What do you need him for? Although you seized his shares and terminated his contract, don't forget he's still working undercover for Sir Ren."

Mello smiled.

" Which is the exact reason I need him. Remember the saying "Turn an enemy into a friend, and he will strive to prove his loyalty to you. It is exactly what I'm about to do. From my finding, he was once Ashley Group's top rising shareholders and even if he betrayed Dad, and I'm sure he still has a little bit of conscience left in him."

" Hm, fine. I trust you" she breathed.

" Here are the documents," she said and handed Mello the files he requested.
